Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear back into its original Rieker box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
